Roshan Gupta, Managing Director

Mr. Gupta as Principal and Managing Director leads the company’s operations, which includes overseeing management of specific portfolio properties. He was responsible for multiple hotel on-site management, personnel, and he is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Capital Asset Management. Mr. Gupta’s mission is to operate hotels from the owner’s perspective and improve the value of each asset they manage.

Mr. Gupta has used his considerable entrepreneurial skills to direct the growth of numerous start-up Hotels and Motels. He leads the company's development and acquisition efforts, which include identifying properties for acquisition. He also directs Capital Asset Management Group’s corporate administrative functions. His experience covers a wide array of hospitality-oriented issues, with a focus on labor, employment matters. Mr. Gupta leads the company’s administrative and account functions. Mr. Gupta is also responsible for due diligence associated with new property development and take over activities for acquired properties.

Manoj Maniar, Managing Director

Mr. Maniar is the Managing director of Capital Asset Managing Company. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all accounting, financial reporting and administrative functions. In addition, he has an active role in the development and acquisition efforts of the company, including identifying properties for acquisition and securing debt and equity funding. Mr. Maniar is a skilled executive with extensive operational, information systems, general hospitality consulting and financial consulting experience. He is responsible for all financial, administrative, information systems and brand relationship activities of the company. Mr. Maniar is also responsible for due diligence associated with new property acquisition and development and take over activities for acquired properties.  

Mr. Maniar with his large experience in the hospitality industry has held executive positions in virtually every discipline like complete hotels management, rooms, sales and marketing management, project management and accounting/finance.
