Fee Structure
Capital Asset Management Hospitality Company’s philosophy regarding compensation and fee structure is easy to understand without complexities and complete transparency. We try to align our fee structure to the owner's financial goals. Our fees structure is aimed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in all best possible ways.
Capital Asset Hotel Management Company’s base Management Fee is intended to cover our basic costs of providing our services. An Incentive Management Fee ties our profitability to the results of our efforts as shown by the profitability of the hotels we manage. The base fee is usually a percentage of Total Revenues, or a minimum monthly amount, whichever is greater. The percentage ranges from two to four percent. Once the owner’s financial goals for the hotel are understood and achievable results are agreed to, an Incentive Management Fee is negotiated which relates to those goals.
Consulting and Hospitality Management fees are negotiated on an individual basis depending on the services provided and the time involved. On certain projects, fixed fees are applied while others are on an hourly basis. Hourly fees vary with the level of staff experience necessary and the complexity of the assignment. There are many variables as one owner may want only Property management and Revenue management, others may want Sales and Marketing team management, others may want F & B Operations management, others may want a Restaurant to lease out or a Restaurant theme and design to be created. Our Hospitality Management Company can tailor your needs so that your fees are minimized. Contact Us
