2006: Dayton, OH - Capital Asset Management acquires DoubleTree from Hilton family at Dayton, Ohio. The company performed 2.5 million dollar PIP for the property.

Capital Asset Management Group receives the DoubleTree Hilton Award and is proud of the management for this achievement.
